Castle Cats design contest entry: Star

This is one of my entries for Design-a-Castle-Cat contest by , which you can find here: Castle Cats contest.

It's based on Star, my current irl cat, as you can see. I envision her as a Priestess of the Stars, or some sort of mystical Astrologer.

The notes on the drawing read:

1: Note: there is a white patch on her chest: See photo.

2: ⬇️ Veil attached to cloak, star ornament made of gold

3: ⬅️ Star staff, stars inside shift around

4: ⬆️ Whiskers

5: Sleeves for front paws ➡️

6: Slit for tail ↘️

7: ⬇️ Trailing cloak

A little bit of background info from my Facebook entry:

"For my second Design A Castle Cat entry, I drew my current cat, Star. She generally acts quite aloof and entitled, as if she were the queen of the household, and this is only bolstered by her apparent case of feline RBF, which results in her seeming to be secretly judging whoever she gazes upon. Thus, I drew her as a Mystic / Priestess of the Stars, or some sort of mystical Astrologer. She believes herself to be one of, if not THE most important cat in the Guild, due to her high standing and celestial powers, which causes her to look down upon most other cats. This makes her quite similar to Francis, which means that he could finally have found someone excellent enough to consider an equal, but it is EQUALLY possible that Star could simply find his arrogance appalling, and that he could tease her for her vanity in return, with neither of them learning any sort of lesson from this experience whatsoever."

"This picture puts more focus on the staff. That's a branch/vine spiraling up the globe, by the way. I also think it would be cool if the globe pulsed like a galaxy. I suppose the stares do already float around and shift about in there, though. Just look at that judgmental face! 😒"
